ALIEN INTERVIEW, edited by Lawrence R. Spencer“…an IS-BE will often manifest the treatment they have received from others. Kindness fosters kindness. Cruelty begets cruelty. One must be able and willing to use force, tempered with intelligence, to prevent harm to the innocent. However, extraordinary understanding, self-discipline and courage are required to effectively prevent brutality, without being overwhelmed by the malice that motivated the brutality.”

An excerpt from the book ALIEN INTERVIEW, Edited and published by Lawrence R. Spencer:

“Each IS-BE* is told that they have a special purpose for being on Earth.  But, of course there is no purpose for being in a prison — at least not for the prisoner.

Any undesirable IS-BEs who are sentenced to Earth were classified as “untouchable” by the “Old Empire*.  This included anyone that the “Old Empire” judged to be criminals who are too vicious to be reformed or subdued, as well as other criminals such as sexual perverts, or beings unwilling to do any productive work.

An “untouchable” classification of IS-BEs also includes a wide variety of “political prisoners”.   This  includes IS-BEs who are considered to be noncompliant “free thinkers” or “revolutionaries” who make trouble for the governments of the various planets of the “Old Empire”. Of course, anyone with a previous military record against the “Old Empire” is also shipped off to Earth.

A list of “untouchables” include artists, painters, singers, musicians, writers, actors, and performers of every kind.  For this reason Earth has more artists per capita than any other planet in the “Old Empire”.

“Untouchables” also include intellectuals, inventors and geniuses in almost every field.  Since everything the “Old Empire” considers valuable has long since been invented or created over the last few trillion years, they have no further use for such beings.  This includes skilled managers also, which are not needed in a society of obedient, robotic citizens.

Anyone who is not willing or able to submit to mindless  economic, political and religious servitude as a tax-paying worker in the class system of the “Old Empire” are “untouchable” and sentenced to receive memory wipe-out and permanent imprisonment on Earth.

The net result is that an IS-BE is unable to escape because they can’t remember who they are, where they came from, where they are.  They have been hypnotized to think they are someone, something, sometime, and somewhere other than where they really are.”

* Is-Be (DEFINITION):  “the primary nature of an immortal being is that they live in a timeless state of “is”, and the only reason for their  existence is that they decide to “be”.”

* “Old Empire” (DEFINITION): “”Old Empire” (this is not the official name, but a nick-name given to the conquered civilization…) that served as the seat of central government for this galaxy, and other adjoining regions of space.”

CHAPTER 4 – SLEEPING WITH PREFERENTIAL SHADOWS

I knocked on the door to the office of the Head of Plant Land Security.  The sign on the door said, “CRAIG  T. CACTUS  –  HEAD OF PLANT SECURITY“.  The small print underneath the title read:

“Ring The Bell. If No One Answers Go Away. — C. Cactus”

I searched all around the door for a bell to ring.  The bell had been ripped out of the door frame where bare wires were hanging.   My guess was that Mr. Cactus didn’t enjoy visitors much.  I didn’t care.  I was desperate.  So, I scratched on the door with one of my branches. Fortunately Mr. Cactus hadn’t returned from his rounds on the convention floor yet.  Instead, Miss Peach, the bouncy secretary, opened the door for me. Miss Peach was definitely the friendliest tree I’d ever met.  She didn’t waste any time making me comfortable while I waited for him to get back.

“Oh, hello again, er, Mr.…?  Please come in!  Can I offer you a nice bucket of water?”, she asked, as I squeezed my branches through the door.  “Oh, yeah, sure… ah, that’s, uh…Mr. Peach, but you can call me Sam”, I said, cleverly inventing a name for myself that would disguise my true identity so she wouldn’t catch on that I wasn’t really a tree.

“OK, Mr. Peach, or Sam…”, she said.  “Please make yourself comfortable.  Would you care for some mulch?  Or we have some very nice nitrogen candy sticks left over from the banquet last night.  Please, help yourself”, she said motioning to a table in the corner of the room.  I swished over to check it out.

I was a little hungry, now that she mentioned it.  I was alone in the office for a moment while she went into the back to get my water.  I sprinkled some mulch and a few Nitro candies on my roots. I noticed that Miss Peach had a few framed photos of trees and saplings on her desk: “family pictures”, I thought.

Miss Peach came back in no time.  Her peaches bobbed gently as she brought the bucket and poured the cool water over my roots.  There was a moment of silence while I sucked the water up into my leaves.

“Better?”  Miss Peach said, not-so-shyly, “If you don’t mind my saying so Sam, I couldn’t help noticing what nice limbs you have when you were here before”.

I could feel my leaves turning red.  I stammered, “Well, thanks. I have to admit, you’ve got a pretty nice set of peaches yourself”.  (My professional policy was “never pass up a chance to cross-pollinate”.)

“Why, thank you Sam.  I’m flattered that you think so”, she said seductively, moving closer.  Her jiggling fruit was more than I could resist.  “Why Sam, do your blossoms always sprout like this, or are you just happy to see me?”

I thought to myself, “It must be the candy…”.

We were passionately mingling our fruit and fuzz on the table when the door swung open.  A plant lumbered into the office that I presumed, judging by the fact that he had only two limbs and was completely covered in very neat rows of very sharp looking spines, must be Mr. Cactus.  We quickly slid off the table.  Miss Peach smoothed her leaves and excused herself to go to the ladies room.  I instantly offered a cover story to cover up for her with her boss.  I didn’t want her to loose her job because I couldn’t keep my branches to myself.

“Sorry you caught us with our roots up in the air like that”, I said, as apologetically as I could under the circumstances.  “It was all my fault…really, well, uh… you know how Peach trees are…so much fruit, so little time…uh, by the way, you and her aren’t…uh… involved, are you?”, I stammered with embarrassment.

“Of course not!  Do I look like the kind of plant that would pollinate outside my own species?  That may not bother you, but some of us have a sense of integrity about such things”, he said, bristling his needles in disgust.  Mr. Cactus twisted his trunk around behind his desk to inspect a small pile of messages sitting next to the phone

“Some trees will graft branches with just about any plant who comes along.  I just wish she would wait till she got off work to do it”, he muttered gruffly to himself, though not seeming to really care one way or another.  Without looking up at me he said,  “Anyway, does your visit to my office involve an actual security issue?  Or did you just stop by to squeeze some fruit?”

Craig Cactus had the personality of really rough sandpaper and the charisma of a plant who could light up a room just by flipping a light switch.  I stood, rooted in front of his desk for a minute, trying to figure out the best way to explain my situation in such a way as not to give away my true identity.

“So, is there something we can actually do for you, uh, Mr. Peach, is it?  Or will you be leaving now that you’ve tasted the fruit?” he asked impatiently, without looking up from reading his messages.  “Oh, yes, Peach.  Sam Peach.  Anyway, yes, maybe you can help me. You see, I seem to be lost…”.

Then it occurred to me that telling Mr. Cactus that I was really a human being — an Oxygen Breather — who had somehow accidentally turned into a tree and stumbled into a plant convention, might be a very poor strategy and a diplomatically incorrect move on my part, considering that all the plants in the universe seemed to be plotting the imminent demise of all Oxygen Breathers everywhere.  So, I decided, based on my training in the art and science of un-existential detective methodology, that I’d have to be very clever about getting Mr. Cactus to give me the directions “back” from “here”, that is, if he even knew anything about maps.

“Mr. Peach”, said Mr. Cactus, “are you, by any chance, one of those beings who have accidentally become a tree and stumbled into a plant convention and don’t have any idea how you got here or how to get back to where you came from?”

I gathered that Mr. Cactus took my stunned silence as a “yes”.  Without hiding his obvious aggravation for the inconvenience of having to actually do something to justify his paycheck, he pulled open the bottom left-limb drawer of his desk, shuffled through some papers for a moment, cursed under his breath, pulled out a couple of bottles, dragged out a piece of paper, shoved one of the bottles back in the drawer and slammed it closed.  He shoved a worn and crinkled sheet of paper across the desk at me.

“Here. Read this. Care for a shot of “Old Nitro?”, said Mr. Cactus, making no attempt to offer me a glass or the bottle.

I shook my boughs, “No, thanks. Go ahead.  Uh, none for me, thanks. I’m trying to cut back”, I said, accepting the paper, but turning down the drink, although he hadn’t actually offered me a drink.

“OK, whatever shoots your roots,” said Craig, prying the cork out of the bottle with a cactus needle and pouring a couple of shots on his roots.  “I always keep a bottle of spirits handy, just in case I get stuck with a cactus needle — which I also keep handy.”

“OK then, so, when Little Miss Frisky Peaches gets back here have her run you off a copy of those rules on the copy machine so you can take it with you.  And don’t forget to close the door on your way out!”, he said, taking another swig from his bottle and returning to his pile of messages…and his bottle.

Miss Peach came back from the ladies room, refreshed.  She quickly made a copy of the “rules” and handed them too me with a shy smile.  I read the sheet of instructions:

RULES FOR A DIFFERENT UNIVERSE

All beings who care to share in the creation or experience of a Different Universe must agree to a few basic rules as a matter of courtesy to others who may accidentally enter in to it:

1) There is No Time.

2) Reality is whatever you can create that can be perceived.  When you stop creating, it doesn’t exist.

3) You don’t have to agree with someone else’s creation to perceive it.

4) The purpose of the universe is to continue being.

5) Space is a matter of opinion.

6) Communication can be accomplished by whatever means necessary.

7) “Multiple Factor Zones” (MFZ ) will be posted and enforced at random in shared spaces by the Universe Police. Each MFZ must be observed by all others entering into these Zones, i.e. everything created within these Zones must use the specified number and types of Factors designated for that Zone, e.g., a 3 Factor Zone may include quantities and qualities, such as: good/bad/ugly OR positive/negative/stupid  OR  big/small/bashful, and so forth. NOTE: a FIVE Factor Zone may contain qualities with NO quantities e.g., horrible / lovely / tender / rapturous / sound  OR pearlescent / gratuitous / passionate / tremulous / light.  etceteras, etceteras, ad infinitum. (Violators will be abruptly expelled from the universe without prior notification or recourse.)

8)  A being may enter and/or exit the universe at will, but must stop creating whatever is being created by them before exiting.

9)  Dreams count.  That is, if you or any other being have a dream, anything created within the dream has the same effect as any other creation.

10)  There are no other rules except those you make up and get others to agree with.

NOTICE:

A Different Universe and creations produced herein may or may not be effected by or

have an effect upon or be perceived in other universes, accept as the beings

involved agree that they do or do not as stipulated in the above rules.

“(Bleep!) These so called ‘rules’ you gave me are about as much help as a glass of water to an amoebae.  How am I supposed to get back to where I came from?”,

I protested to Mr. Cactus.

“Well, I suppose I could have my security officers turn you over to the other plants out there on the convention floor, Mr. Oxygen Breather”,  Mr. Cactus in a menacing tone.  “Or you can use the door right now, and save me the trouble”.

“OK, I’m going, I’m going.  Have a nice day or night or whatever the (bleep) time it is here…or not”, I said as I let myself out.

I seemed like I wasn’t going to get out of this so-called “universe” any time soon, so I decided to make the best of a really bizarre situation.  I slipped a note under the door of Craig’s office asking Miss Peach to meet me after she got off work.  I wanted to take her out for a night on “the orchard”, so we could pick up where we left off before old Nitro-breath barged into his office and interrupted our moment of mingling bliss.

Back outside in the convention hall, I sat down on a pile of fresh topsoil to re-read the “rules”.  It was beginning to look like my fifth theory might be true.  I still didn’t know where “here” was, or where “back” was either.  What I really needed was a map that showed both of them at the same time — except that, according to the “rules”, there wasn’t any time in a Different Universe.  I decided to check it out just to make sure.

I wasn’t wearing a watch, and I couldn’t see any clocks hanging on the walls.  So, I asked the palm tree rooting next to me if he could tell me what time it was. He just laughed and said, “Hey, buddy, what universe are you from?”   I figured I’d better shut up before the other plants started to wonder if I really wasn’t who I appeared to be.  In no time, I was beginning to wonder about who I appeared to be myself.

As I sat on my pile of compost, I grew increasingly despondent about my situation.  I began to reminisce about times when there was time — in the past of my physical universe existence.  I recalled the time when Shadow told me about how she moved to South Florida with a kitten she named Angel.  That was after she got burned out on the Disco Scene in San Diego.  She decided to take one of those courses you used to see advertised on TV infomercials about how to buy real estate with no money down.

Nobody told her she couldn’t do it, so she went ahead and did it.  Within two years she was millionaire.  Times were good till the bottom fell out of the real estate market.  After the money was gone, times weren’t so good anymore, so she moved to Tampa Bay where I was living at the time.

I remember the first time I ever heard her voice: I was instantly in love.  The first time I saw her I was addicted to her forever.

Unfortunately, that was two weeks before I had to report to Federal Prison Camp in Georgia to serve a twenty-two month sentence over a disagreement I had with the IRS while trying to defend the rights of one of my clients.

I went to prison because I got stuck between the pages of the IRS code book, so to speak.  One of my first cases as a private dick was trying to help a company that sold rare coins to collectors and investors.  Mostly, they sold an unlimited supply of “rare, limited edition” gold and silver coins that were minted by the Chinese government.

The company had a “disagreement” with the Infernal Revenue Service over the privacy of client financial transactions.  It didn’t take long to figure out that you can’t really “disagree” with the IRS, especially when it has to do with financial privacy.  For the IRS, there is nothing private about your money. Your money is their money, and your privates are theirs too.

Of course, my clients didn’t actually commit any crime that normal people would think of as a crime, such as theft, murder, lying, cheating, mayhem, or living more than one lifetime.  Like most governments throughout history, the real criminals run the government.  The government makes the laws that tell the rest of us who the criminals are and who they aren’t.  Of course, “we” are the criminals and “they” aren’t.  Criminals, like most governments, are usually “they” with the most guns and the fewest number of reasons not to use them to take what they want from “we”.

The IRS didn’t appreciate my efforts to help protect the rights of the company to keep the personal business of its clients personal and private.  But, they did give me the consolation prize for losing the courtroom battle against them: an all-expenses-paid vacation for two years at a “Club Fed” in Georgia.

While I was “down”, there wasn’t a second that went by that I didn’t think about going to see Shadow after I “graduated” from the “country club”.  I didn’t see her again for over two years.  Anyway, when I got out of prison, I looked up Shadow again. When you’re sent away to prison you find out who all of your friends are in about 10 minutes — but mostly you find out who your friends used to be.

Shadow was living in a beautiful condo overlooking the inter-coastal waterway across the beach from the Gulf of Mexico that she “inherited” from another one of her ex-lovers after the guy moved out.   We’d lay in bed in the morning and watch the dolphins swim past under the glass balcony doors.  If heaven was a condo in Florida, I’d died and gone there — except I wasn’t dead yet.  Every time I looked at Shadow or touched her, all I wanted was to live forever in that moment.

I don’t believe in Heaven, but being in bed with Shadow was close enough for me.  She had long, naturally curly, auburn hair.  When she woke up in the morning she looked like she’d just stepped off the cover of Vogue magazine. Not a hair out of place, even though, most nights, we drank a half gallon of White Zinfandel and ran a marathon on the sheets.  We usually kept running right on into the wee hours of exhausted bliss.

Shadow took lots of snapshots of me.  She had cardboard boxes full of pictures of all the men she’d ever been with. I listened to her tell the stories that went with the pictures for hours.  I felt like I gained a very large family of new relatives — all men.  I learned the whole time track of her sexual adventures, including the names, occupations, circumstances, statistics and favorite positions of all the other runners in her race.  She had no favorites among them. They we all her favorites.

We did everything in bed.  We ate, we slept, we made love.  The primordial essence of food and sex seemed to blend together.  Since Shadow’s idea of a cookbook was the Restaurant Section of the Yellow Pages, I was happy to dial up whatever she wanted, especially if it kept her in the bedroom.  Food was my form of supplication to her, like burnt sacrificial offerings to a goddess.

While we were together, Shadow gained about 75 lbs.  Her plumpness didn’t bother me.  I’ve always thought women are supposed to be fundamentally round.  I don’t think chicks are supposed to look like 10 year old boys, in spite of gay hairdressers, fashion designers and ballet choreographers who tell women they’re supposed to look like a cocktail swizzle stick.  However, Shadow became disenchanted with her spherical perfection about the time she ran out of clothes that fit her.

During two years of being in prison, my only sexual encounters had been with the “five fingered lady” in the shower.  You hear all kinds of rumors about prison sex life.  Most of them aren’t true, but then, I wasn’t looking for that kind of truth either.  When I finally got out, it was like crawling out of a parched and burning desert.  Shadow was an oasis of pure, cool water.  Nothing had ever tasted as pure and refreshing to me before.  Like most men who’ve been stuck in the desert for two years, the only thing I could think about was water. I really had nothing of value to give her except my undying thanks for quenching my thirst.  But, after a few months of wallowing in the Puddle of Love, the water started to taste more and more like mud.

After six months, she threw me out, partly in self-defense.  I knew I wasn’t perfect.  Also, I figured, judging from the prodigious size of her sexual trophy case, that when the passion of the honeymoon ran out, so did Shadow.  Later, I realized she threw everybody out after six months, except for the occasional guy whose wife threw her out first.  It was like a little six month egg timer went “ding”  in her head and whichever guy was boiling on her stove that day was done: “OK, you’re cooked! See ‘ya!”

She said I shouldn’t take it personally.  I took it personally anyway.  For awhile, I’d call her every chance I could to tell her I loved her.  I did love her.  Like an alcoholic loves booze.  Long after I stopped drinking, I still couldn’t forget those days of drunken bliss.  What I thought was happiness at the time became an empty canteen of beautiful sadness.  I still carry it around my neck to remind myself that you can drown in too much water.

Like most people, I do my best daydreaming while I’m asleep.  When I’m awake, I forget that most of life is a dream — a bad dream or a boring dream.  But that’s another story — in another universe.

So far, my investigation of life has revealed that the whole universe seems to run on the idea that the best thing to do is to try not to get bored.  People will do just about anything to keep themselves from getting bored, no matter how stupid or self-destructive: like disagreeing with the IRS or looking for lost items belonging to demented war-mongers or sleeping with Shadows.

THE BIG BLEEP: THE MYSTERY OF A DIFFERENT UNIVERSE, by Lawrence R. Spencer

A TRAGIC MISUNDERSTANDING

Republished by Blog Post Promoter

“A battle was waged between the “Old Empire” forces and The Domain through religious conquest.  Between 1500 BCE and about 1200 BCE, The Domain Forces attempted to teach the concept of an individual, Immortal Spiritual Being, to several influential beings on Earth.

One such instance resulted in a very tragic misunderstanding, misinterpretation and misapplication of the concept.  The idea was perverted and applied to mean that there is only one IS-BE, instead of the truth that everyone is an IS-BE!  Obviously, this was a gross incomprehension and an utter unwillingness to take responsibility for one’s own power.

The “Old Empire” priests managed to corrupt the concept of individual immortality into the idea that there is only one, all-powerful IS-BE, and that no one else is or is allowed to be an IS-BE.  Obviously, this is the work of the “Old Empire” amnesia operation.

It is easy to teach this altered notion to beings who do not want to be responsible for their own lives.  Slaves are such beings.  As long as one chooses to assign responsibility for creation, existence and personal accountability for one’s own thoughts and actions to others, one is a slave.

As a result, the concept of a single monotheistic “god” resulted and was promoted by many self-proclaimed prophets, such as the Jewish slave leader — Moses —      [i] (Footnotewho grew up in the household of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III  [ii] (Footnoteand his son, Akhenaten  [iii] (Footnote) and his wife Nefertiti, [iv] (Footnoteas well as his son Tutankhamen. [v] (Footnote)

The attempt to teach certain beings on Earth the truth that they are, themselves, IS-BEs, was part of a plan to overthrow the fictional, metaphorical, anthropomorphic panoply of gods created by the “Old Empire” mystery cult called “The Brothers of The Serpent” [vi] (Footnote) known in Egypt as the Priests of Amun. [vii] (Footnote) They  were a very ancient, secret society within the “Old Empire”.

The Pharaoh Akhenaten was not a very intelligent being, and was heavily influenced by his personal ambition for self-glorification.  He altered the concept of the individual spiritual being and embodied the concept in the sun god, Aten.  His pitiful existence was soon ended.  He was assassinated by Maya and Parennefer, two of the Priests of Amun, or “Amen”, which the Christians still say, who represented the interests of the “Old Empire” forces.

The idea of “One God” was perpetuated by the Hebrew leader Moses [viii] (Footnote) while he was in Egypt.  He left Egypt with his adopted people, the Jewish slaves.  While they were crossing the desert, Moses was intercepted by an operative of the “Old Empire” near Mt. Sinai.  Moses was tricked into believing that this operative was “the” One God through the use of hypnotic commands, as well as technical and aesthetic tricks which are commonly used by the “Old Empire” to trap IS-BEs.  Thereafter, the Jewish slaves, who trusted the word of Moses implicitly, have worshiped a single god they call “Yaweh”. [ix] (Footnote).

The name “Yaweh” means “anonymous”, as the IS-BE who “worked with” Moses could not use an actual name or anything that would identify himself, or blow the cover of the amnesia / prison operation.  The last thing the covert amnesia / hypnosis / prison system wants to do is to reveal themselves openly to the IS-BEs on Earth.  They feel that this would restore the inmates memories!

This is the reason that all traces of physical encounters between operatives of space civilizations and humans is very carefully hidden, disguised, covered-up, denied or misdirected.

This “Old Empire” operative contacted Moses on a desert mountain top and delivered the “Ten Hypnotic Commands” to him.  These commands are very forcefully worded, and compel an IS-BE into utter subservience to the will of the operator.  These hypnotic commands are still in effect and influence the thought patterns of millions of IS-BEs thousands of years later!”

FOOTNOTES:

[i]  “…Moses…”

“The cartouche of Akhenaten’s god and heavenly father, the Aten, bore the name Imram. In the Bible, Moses is referred to as the son of Amram, the Hebrew equivalent.

The name of the Egyptian deity Aten transliterates into the Hebrew word Adon.  Adon, which is translated by English Bibles as “the Lord” (and Adonai, translated as “my Lord”) is used along with Jehovah (Yhwh) in the Bible as the exclusive personal names of God. Moreover, in ancient times, the name Jehovah (Yhwh) was written, but never spoken. Whenever the written name Jehovah (Yhwh) was to be read out loud, Adon (Aten) was voiced instead. The written form of Adon is infrequent, however, its limited usage is significant, especially in the first six books of the Bible (See under “LORD” in Strong’s Exhaustive Concordance), where it is reserved for the following applications alone: Moses addresses God using the title Adon/Aten (Exodus 4:10,13; 5:22; 34:9; Numbers 14:17; Deuteronomy 3:23; 7:26; 10:17); Moses, himself, is addressed both by Aaron (Ex.32:22; Num.12:11) and by Joshua (Numbers 11:28) using the title Adon/Aten; and Joshua also addresses God using the title Adon/Aten (Joshua 5:14 b; 7:7). As mentioned above, there is an established relationship between the literature of the Egyptian 18th Dynasty and the Bible. Psalm 104 is an embellishment of the Hymn to the Aten which was found by archaeologists at the city of Akhetaten.”

“Recent and non-Biblical view places Moses as a noble in the court of the Pharaoh Akhenaten. A significant number of scholars, from Sigmund Freud to Joseph Campbell, suggest that Moses may have fled Egypt after Akhenaten’s death (ca. 1334 BC) when many of the pharaoh’s monotheistic reforms were being violently reversed. The principal ideas behind this theory are: the monotheistic religion of Akhenaten being a possible predecessor to Moses’ monotheism, and the “Amarna Letters”, written by nobles to Akhenaten, which describe raiding bands of “Habiru” attacking the Egyptian territories in Mesopotamia.”

[ii]   “…Amenhotep III…”

“Amenhotep III, meaning Amun is Satisfied was the ninth pharaoh of the Eighteenth dynasty. According to different authors, he ruled Egypt from June 1391 BC-December 1353 BCE or June 1388 BCE to December 1351 BC/1350 BCE after his father Thutmose IV died. Amenhotep III was the son of Thutmose IV by Mutemwia, a minor wife of Amenhotep’s father.  Amenhotep III fathered two sons with his Great Royal Wife Tiye, a great queen known as the progenitor of monotheism via the Crown Prince Tuthmose who predeceased his father, and his second son, Akhenaten, who ultimately succeeded him to the throne.”

[iii]   “…Akhenaten…”

Akhenaten, meaning Effective spirit of Aten, first known as Amenhotep IV (sometimes read as Amenophis IV and meaning Amun is Satisfied) before his first year, was a Pharaoh of the Eighteenth dynasty of Egypt. He is especially noted for attempting to compel the Egyptian population in the monotheistic worship of Aten, although there are doubts as to how successful he was at this.

Amenhotep IV succeeded his father after Amenhotep III’s death at the end of his 38-year reign, possibly after a coregency lasting between either 1 to 2 or 12 years. Suggested dates for Akhenaten’s reign (subject to the debates surrounding Egyptian chronology) are from 1353 BCE – 1336 BCE or 1351 BCE – 1334 BCE Akhenaten’s chief wife was Nefertiti.

His religious reformation appears to have begun with his decision to celebrate a Sed festival in his third regnal year – a highly unusual step, since a Sed-festival, a sort of royal jubilee intended to reinforce the Pharaoh’s divine powers of kingship, was traditionally held in the thirtieth year of a Pharaoh’s reign.

Year eight marked the beginning of construction on his new capital, Akhetaten (‘Horizon of Aten’), at the site known today as Amarna. In the same year, Amenhotep IV officially changed his name to Akhenaten (‘Effective Spirit of Aten’) as evidence of his shifting religious perspective. Very soon afterward he centralized Egyptian religious practices in Akhenaten, though construction of the city seems to have continued for several more years. In honor of Aten, Akhenaten also oversaw the construction of some of the most massive temple complexes in ancient Egypt, including one at Karnak, close to the old temple of Amun. In these new temples, Aten was worshipped in the open sunlight, rather than in dark temple enclosures, as had been the previous custom. Akhenaten is also believed to have composed the Great Hymn to the Aten.

Initially, Akhenaten presented Aten as a variant of the familiar supreme deity Amun-Ra (itself the result of an earlier rise to prominence of the cult of Amun, resulting in Amun becoming merged with the sun god Ra), in an attempt to put his ideas in a familiar Egyptian religious context. However, by Year 9 of his reign Akhenaten declared that Aten was not merely the supreme god, but the only god, and that he, Akhenaten, was the only intermediary between Aten and his people. He ordered the defacing of Amun’s temples throughout Egypt, and in a number of instances inscriptions of the plural ‘gods’ were also removed.

Aten’s name is also written differently after Year 9, to emphasize the radicalism of the new regime, which included a ban on idols, with the exception of a rayed solar disc, in which the rays (commonly depicted ending in hands) appear to represent the unseen spirit of Aten, who by then was evidently considered not merely a sun god, but rather a universal deity. It is important to note, however, that representations of the Aten were always accompanied with a sort of “hieroglyphic footnote”, stating that the representation of the sun as All-encompassing Creator was to be taken as just that: a representation of something that, by its very nature as something transcending creation, cannot be fully or adequately represented by any one part of that creation.”

This Amarna period is also associated with a serious outbreak of a pandemic, possibly the plague, or polio, or perhaps the world’s first recorded outbreak of influenza, which came from Egypt and spread throughout the Middle East, killing Suppiluliuma I, the Hittite King.  Influenza is a disease associated with the close proximity of water fowl, pigs and humans, and its origin as a pandemic disease may be due to the development of agricultural systems that allow the mixing of these animals and their wastes.

Some of the first archaeological evidence for this agricultural system is during the Amarna period of Ancient Egypt, and the pandemic that followed this period throughout the Ancient Near East may have been the earliest recorded outbreak of influenza. However, the precise nature of this Egyptian plague remains unknown and Asia has also been suggested as a possible site of origin of pandemic influenza in humans. The prevalence of disease may help explain the rapidity with which the site of Akhetaten was subsequently abandoned. It may also explain why later generations considered the gods to have turned against the Amarna monarchs. The black plague has also been suggested due to the fact that at Amarna the traces of the plague have been found.”

[iv]  “… Nefertiti…

Nefertiti (pronounced at the time something like *nafratiːta) (c. 1370 BCE – c. 1330 BCE) was the Great Royal Wife (or chief consort/wife) of the Egyptian Pharaoh Akhenaten. She was the mother-in-law and probable stepmother of the Pharaoh Tutankhamun. Nefertiti may have also ruled as pharaoh in her own right under the name Neferneferuaten briefly after her husband’s death and before the accession of Tutankhamun, although this identification is doubted by the latest research. Her name roughly translates to “the beautiful (or perfect) one has arrived”. She also shares her name with a type of elongated gold bead, called “nefer”, that she was often portrayed as wearing. She was made famous by her bust, now in Berlin’s Altes Museum.

Nefertiti’s parentage is not known with certainty, but it is now generally believed that she was the daughter of AY later to be pharaoh. Another theory that gained some support identified Nefertiti with the Mitanni princess Tadukhipa. The name Nimerithin has been mentioned in older scrolls, as an alternative name, but this has not yet been officially confirmed. It has also been suggested that Nefertiti was a daughter or relative of Amenhotep III, or of the high Theban nobility. Another theory places Nefertiti as the daughter of Sitamun, half-sister of Amenhotep III. Queen Iaret was Sitamun’s mother. Iaret held important hereditary titles that ceased to exist after the ascension of Amenhotep III. Sitamun is elevated to Great Royal Wife beside Tiye but there is no indication that she ever had children and if so with whom. There is some evidence based upon the titles of each of these women that suggests that they were somehow related to one another in her family… Her name means “beautiful one”. Nefertiti only worshiped one god by the name of Aten. Depending on which reconstruction of the genealogy of the ancient Egyptian pharaohs is followed, her husband Akhenaten may have been the father or half-brother of the Pharaoh Tutankhaten (later called Tutankhamen).

She had six known daughters with the Pharaoh Akhenaten. This is a list with suggested years of birth:

[v] “… Tutankhamun…”

“He was the son of Akhenaten, also known as Amenhotep IV, and his minor wife Queen Kiya. Queen Kiya’s title was “Greatly Beloved Wife of Akhenaten” so it is possible that she could have borne him an heir. Supporting this theory, images on the tomb wall in the tomb of Akhenaten show a royal fan bearer standing next to Kiya’s death bed, fanning what is either a princess or more likely a wet nurse holding a baby, which would indicate that the wet nurse was holding the boy-king-to-be.

Tutankhamun was only nine or ten years old when he became pharaoh, and reigned for approximately ten years, making him nineteen years old at death. In historical terms Tutankhamun significance stems from his rejection of the radical religious innovations introduced by his predecessor Akenhaten and that his tomb, uniquely, in the Valley of the Kings was discovered almost completely intact — the most complete ancient Egyptian tomb ever found. As Tutankhamun began his reign at such an early age, his vizier and eventual successor Ay was probably making most of the important political decisions during Tutankhamun’s reign.”

[vi]  …”Brothers of the Snake”…

“It cannot be overemphasized that the serpent or snake plays no role in the teachings or ritual of regular Freemasonry. Its introduction as a fastener for masonic aprons is easily seen as the work of regalia manufacturers. That said, the symbolic usages of the snake are of interest to students of religion, esoterica, and of history.

On the other hand, George Oliver writes that the serpent is a “significant symbol in Freemasonry : Moses’ rod changed into a serpent, “The serpentine emblem of Masonry… is a bright symbol of Hope; for the promised Deliverer will open the gates of Heaven to his faithful followers by bruising its head, and they shall enter triumphantly, trampling on its prostrate body.” “A striking emblem of Christianity triumphant; and bearing an undoubted reference to the promise made to Adam after his unhappy fall.” In mainstream Christian beliefs, the snake represents temptation and evil: the snake is the servant of Satan. But it has also had its more positive significance.

In ancient Egyptian mythology the world was created by four powers, one of which was the sun god Amun-Ra who took the form of a snake and emerged from the water to inseminated the cosmic egg, the kneph, which was created by the other gods. In another story, a god named Hathor transformed himself into a poisonous snake called Agep and killed Seth. He also guarded the wheat fields where the spirit of Horus was said to live, bringing the sheaf of wheat to be regarded as the symbol of rebirth. W. Bro. H. Meij suggests that this is the root of the masonic usage of an ear of corn in the Fellowcraft degree.

In Greek mythology Zeus freed two eagles which met at the centre of the world, sometimes called the navel of the earth, which is guarded by a snake called Pytho. The symbol Serpens Candivorens, a snake biting its tail, represents the unending cycle of nature between destruction, and new creation, life and death. The Greeks called this figure Ouroboros. Chinese mythology maintained that the world was surrounded by two entwined snakes, which symbolized the power and wisdom of the creator. In another legend the Buddha was attacked by a snake which bound itself seven times around his waist. Due to the inner strength of the Buddha, the snake could not kill him but instead became his follower.

Astrologers, or those interested in the historical development of astrology, will point out that some systems include a thirteenth sign of the zodiac known as Ophiuchus Serpentarius, the Serpent Holder. This constellation lies between Sagittarius and Libra, somewhat over Scorpio. In the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries this constellation was called Alpheichius. Known as the “God of Invocation”, this house was named after the legendary healer, Ophiuchus (Asclepius). The two serpents in his hands later replaced the twin ribbons around the caduceus which became a symbol for physicians.”

[vii] “…assassinated by the Priests of Amen…”

“The High Priest of Amun or First Prophet of Amun was the highest ranking priest in the priesthood of the ancient Egyptian god Amun.

“Maya” was the High Priest of Amen until year 4 of Akhenaten. Redford speculates that Maya is short for Ptahmose and that Ptahmose served from the end of the reign of Amenhotep III until the beginning of the time of Akhenaten.

“Parennefer” was the High Priest of Amen during the reigns of Tutankhamen and Horemheb.”

[viii] “…Moses…”

“(The Exodus of Hebrew slave from Egypt, led by Moses) may have occurred around 1400s BC, since the Amarna letters, written ca. forty years later to Pharaohs Amenhotep III and Amenhotep IV (Akhenaten) indicate that Canaan was being invaded by the “Habiru” — whom some scholars in the 1950s to 1970s interpret to mean “Hebrews”.

Exodus 34:29-35 tells that after meeting with God the skin of Moses’ face became radiant, frightening the Israelites and leading Moses to wear a veil. Jonathan Kirsch, in his book Moses: A Life, thought that, since he subsequently had to wear a veil to hide it, Moses’ face was disfigured by a sort of “divine radiation burn”.

[ix] .. Yahweh…”

“Yahweh is an English rendition of יהוה, the name of the God of Israel. During the Babylonian captivity, the Hebrew language spoken by the Jews was replaced by the Aramaic language of their Babylonian captors, which was closely related to Hebrew and, while sharing many vocabulary words in common, contained some words that sounded the same or similar but had other meanings. In Aramaic, the Hebrew word for “blaspheme” used in Leviticus 24:16, “Anyone who blasphemes the name of YHWH must be put to death” carried the meaning of “pronounce” rather than “blaspheme”.

WICKED WITCH OF REALITY

Republished by Blog Post Promoter

Excerpt from THE OZ FACTORS, by Lawrence R. Spencer —

“9/ DOESN’T ANYBODY BELIEVE ME?

” Doesn’t anybody believe me?”–Dorothy

“Of course we believe you, Dorothy…”–Uncle Henry in ‘The Wizard of Oz’

Is reality really real?

As Dorothy discovered when she returned back to Kansas, her friends and family did not agree that the Land of Oz was “reality”.

Conversely, gaining agreement from one’s friends does not guarantee that the information agreed upon is true or workable or survival. Agreement is not necessarily reality. Although Man seems to crave agreement with his fellows, the fact that “everyone agrees that the world is flat” or that “the sun revolves around the Earth”, does not make it a reality.

History has shown that agreements among people have very frequently proven to be disastrous.

Example: Adolph Hitler gained the complete, unabated agreement of the majority of the German population before he led them into total self-destruction.

Lots of people agree when fast food franchise advertisements tell them that cheeseburgers, fries and milk shakes are good for them. We were, and still are, told, based on “medical research” that these foods contain nutrients from all the “four basic food groups”. This doesn’t change the fact that you get fat, develop hardened arteries and die an early death from heart disease or cancer if you keep eating cheeseburgers, fries and shakes.

The unprecedented multi-billion dollar profit margins earned by the beef and dairy industry and sugar growers in cooperation with the fast food restaurant cartels have a heavy influence on “truth in advertising”. In addition, the quality of information we receive, as consumers, from the American Medical Association regarding “the science of nutrition” is directly influenced by fast food commercial interests.

Only one generation ago the Japanese people were nearly free of heart disease and cancer. In just 20 short years, since they have openly adopted the Standard American Diet (SAD)–cheeseburgers/French fries/milk shakes and liquid caffeine-filled sugar water called cola–the incidence of heart disease and cancer among the Japanese people has skyrocketed. The Japanese agreement with Western lifestyles is killing them.

Reality is often heavily influenced by the Oz Factor of agreement. Agreements influence our perception of reality. A child’s perception of his environment, his religious and political ideas and viewpoints about people are often heavily influenced by agreement with his mother and father.

Be cautious with whom you agree. Carefully examine ideas and information before you agree. Just because the preacher says, “sex is evil” or the President says, “I’m not a crook”, does not make it reality.

Be careful about agreeing with Wicked Witches and Wizards who promote unworkable solutions. By your own observation decide what is real in the Physical Universe and in Your Own Universe.

Your reality is based on your agreements.”
