(EXCERPT from the article) March 2012 the Russian defense minister Anatoli Serdjukov said:

“The development of weaponry based on new physics principles; direct-energy weapons, geophysical weapons, wave-energy weapons, genetic weapons, psychotronic weapons, etc., is part of the state arms procurement program for 2011-2020” (Voice of Russia)

The world media reacted to this hint on the open use of psychotronic weapons by the publication of scientific experiments from the 1960‘s where electromagnetic waves were used to transmit simple sounds into the human brain. However, most of them avoided saying that since then extensive scientific research has been carried out in this area throughout the world.

Dr. Robert Becker, who was twice nominated for Nobel Prize for his share in the discovery of the effects of pulsed fields at the healing of broken bones, wrote in his book “Body Electric” about the experiment from 1974 by J. F. Schapitz, released due to the Freedom of Information Act request.

J.F. Schapitz stated:

“In this investigation it will be shown that the spoken word of hypnotist may also be conveyed by modulated electromagnetic energy directly into the subconscious parts of the human brain – i. e. without employing any technical devices for receiving or transcoding the messages and without the person exposed to such influence having a chance to control the information input consciously.”

In one of the four experiments subjects were given a test of hundred questions, ranging from easy to technical ones. Later, not knowing they were being irradiated, they would be subjected to information beams suggesting the answers to the questions they had left blank, amnesia for some of their correct answers, and memory falsification for other correct answers. After 2 weeks they had to pass the test again (Dr. Robert Becker: Body Electric: Electromagnetism and the Foundation of Life, William Morrow and comp., New York, 1985,. The results of the second test were never published. It is rather evident that in those experiments the messages were sent into human brain in ultrasound frequencies which the human brain perceives, but of which the subject is unaware. Dr. Robert Becker, due to those publications and his refusal to support the building of the antennae for the communication with submarines in brain frequencies, lost financial support for his research which meant an end to his scientific career.

Transmitting human speech into the human brain by means of electromagnetic waves is apparently, for the researchers, one of the most difficult tasks. It must be much easier to control human emotions which motivate human thinking, decision making and actions. People who claim to be victims of experiments with those devices complain, aside of hearing voices, of false feelings (including orgasms) as well of aches of internal organs which the physicians are unable to diagnose.”

Cioran was born in Resinár (Rășinari), Szeben County, which was part of Austria-Hungary at the time. His work has been noted for its pervasive philosophical pessimism, and frequently engaged with issues of suffering, decay, and nihilism. Among his best known works are On the Heights of Despair (1934) and The Trouble with Being Born (1973). Cioran’s first French book, A Short History of Decay, was awarded the prestigious Rivarol Prize in 1950. “In brief, Weir documents the efforts of Zionists to first cut a deal with England to support the creation of a Jewish homeland in Palestine contingent upon Jewish efforts to bring America into the Great War. After the second war Jewish efforts to gain American support for the creation of Israel are documented. Among the main players here are Louis Brandeis, Felix Frankfuter, and Bernard Baruch.

Most interesting to me was the buying of Harry Truman. Remember that campaign railroad trip? At one stop Weir tells of a Zionist giving Truman $2,000,000 in cash. Others also gave money to the point that Truman was bought and paid for. Also interesting was the Zionist efforts to get UN approval of the Jewish homeland. Threats against places like The Philippines and Liberia were made by the likes of Brandeis. It was play ball or we will see that you get no aid. Obviously the pressure was effective.

Finally, there are references to folks who opposed the Zionists. Guess what happened to the Saturday Evening Post. Remember Dorothy Thompson? Of course not. How about Hugh Gibson? Doesn’t ring a bell does it. Well, how about James Forestal? Funny about his suicide. Kind of like Patton’s auto-er-accident.

The book is short but effective. Author Weir candidly states in her preface that her book has “unusual aspects.” It certainly does with 93 pages of text and 107 pages of end notes. That being said, there can be no argument that her book is not well researched with its 373 references.”

“Hitler railed against Jews in his memoir Mein Kampf (Ford translation) claiming that they controlled German media and finance sectors and did so against the better interest of Germans and Germany. Forget about all of the shock-jock radio infotainers flooding the airwaves today assailing Barack Obama as the beginning of the end of democracy itself in America. This book gives the detailed timeline of the subterfuge, lies, deceit, blackmail, and intimidation that led our country to send 270,000 American boys to their death in WWI for the sole purpose of creating a racial supremacist state that the majority of European and American Jews opposed.

It contains the facts and the details of how radical Zionists succeeded in subverting this country away from the values expressed in our Constitution & Bill of Rights, and turned us into a hypocrite in the middle east.

It answers the question of when and how did American opinion was shaped, hammered, and conditioned to fear any hint of ‘antisemitism’, and fall into line with those who melded it. It tells of the two presidents – Wilson and Truman, who completely fell to American Zionist pressure – financial and media, ignoring their own cabinet, military, and State department, for fear of loosing an election.

It tells the story of the extent that Zionists would go to populate their prize in Palestine with Jews from Germany and Europe who did not want any part of Zionism or Palestine.

Most importantly, it explains how in the span of a half of century, our foreign policy went from an agent of democracy and self determination to the defender of a racialist state in the middle east that created a massive humanitarian disaster in the process.

Utterly amazing. Half the book is references. But the other 93 will shake your soul.”
