HELHEIM

For a Viking warrior, Valhalla is the reward you get for living and dying honourably: in battle.  What could be for glorious than spending Eternity in the Great Hall drinking, fighting and wenching with Odin and your buddies?  It’s a Fate worth living, fighting and dying for!  But, what reward can you expect if you go to the OTHER place?  Watch “The Saga of Bjorn” and discover why the Vikings named the “other” place Helheim!

HIGHWAY TO HELL

prison-planet-hellRecently, a 52-year old trades person (a chimney builder) living in Bavaria, passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack.  Ironically, only a few weeks before he died he told his friends that when he died he wanted them to play the song “Highway To Hell” at his funeral ceremony.  Bavaria, like many unfortunate areas of the planet, is heavily controlled by the Catholic Church.  So, the priest who presided over the funeral ceremony decided that the wishes of the deceased should be ignored.  So, the song the Bavarian man wanted his friends and family to hear, as a tribute to his Life and Spirit, was not played. Rather, “proper religious songs” were played according to the dictates of the church.

I am duty-b0und to post the song on my Blog in honor of this man.  Each person deserves a chance to to live their OWN life, to think their own thoughts and die their own death.  I also want to say — on behalf of a disembodied spirit of the deceased — “fuck you!” to all priests — the self-appointed prison guards of the Spiritual Beings living in the Virtual Hell we call Earth.  As an Immortal Spiritual Being I am confident that this disembodied spirit will complete his personal journey on the “Highway to Hell”, when he is reincarnated in a new baby body, and starts driving again on the “Highway to Hell” that we all Earth.  Let the celebration is His Life begin!  May he Rest In Peace…..

LYRICS:

Living easy, loving free, season ticket on a one-way ride
Asking nothing, leave me be, taking everything in my stride
Don’t need reason, don’t need rhyme
Ain’t nothing that I’d rather do
Going down, party time, my friends are gonna be there too

I’m on the highway to hell
Highway to Hell
I’m on the highway to hell

No stop signs, speed limit, nobody’s gonna slow me down
Like a wheel, gonna spin it, nobody’s gonna mess me around
Hey Satan, paying my dues, playing in a rocking band
Hey Mumma, look at me, I’m on my way to the promised land

I’m on the highway to hell
Highway to Hell
I’m on the highway to hell

Don’t stop me

I’m on the highway to hell
On the highway to hell
Highway to Hell
I’m on the highway to hell

And I’m going down, all the way
I’m on the highway to hell!

1001 Things To Do While You’re Dead (#359 and #360)

1001_cover# 359 — GO TO HEAVEN.

This may be far more complicated that it sounds as there are hundreds, if not thousands, of definitions of “heaven” among the current citizens of Earth, not to mention the religions and mythology of extinct cultures.

Confusion, conflict and contradictions notwithstanding, let us assume that if you have managed the make it through your ordeal so far this may be your next move. In case there really is a “heaven”, go ahead and go there. You can always come back later if you don’t like it. (By the way, if you find out where heaven is, try to send us a sign.)

However, if it turns out that heaven is just a state of mind, don’t bother…we’ll find out when we die. Of course, by then, it will be too late. Either way, it won’t be your fault or your problem. We’re all responsible for our own Destiny…or not.

# 360 — GO TO HELL.

If you really do go to heaven it might turn out to be really boring.

Who could actually stand to live in a place that is eternally “nice”. Really…. Besides, chances are pretty good that you did enough “bad” stuff during your life on Earth that “they” won’t let you “in” to heaven anyway.

Besides, there may not actually be any heaven. So, if this turns of to be the situation, then what do you have to lose? However, if “hell” isn’t a “place” either, then you may have to go searching for it. If the only place you can find is Earth you have arrived. Welcome back, asshole!
