Truth is often Ugly and Brutal…. but is none the less true. In actual fact human beings don’t need cows milk to live. In fact, human bodies don’t create the enzyme needed to digest cows milk, which is called Lactase. (read about it here) If you are not informed about how cows milk is actually produced and harvested, please watch this video. Please realize the Cattle and Dairy industry spend BILLIONS every year brainwashing humans with false advertising mythology about the “health benefits” of milk and meat.  Why?  FINANCIAL GAIN!  Period.  It’s all bullshit.  Literally.   After you watch this excellent video will hopefully lose your appetite for milk (and meat also). Beethoven is widely regarded as the greatest composer who ever lived.  His 9th Symphony combines the worlds of vocal and instrumental music in a manner never before attempted. His personal life was marked by a heroic struggle against encroaching deafness, and some of his most important works were composed during the last 10 years of his life when he was quite unable to hear.

Kunga Legpai Zangpo (1455 – 1529), was also known by other names such as Drukpa Kunley, Drukpa Kunleg, and “The Divine Madman of the Dragon Lineage” Kunga Legpa. He was a great master ofMahamudra in the Buddhist tradition, as well as being a famous poet.  He was known for his crazy methods of enlightening other beings, mostly women, which earned him the title “The Saint of 5,000 Women“. Women would seek his blessing in the form of sex. However, the female consort had/has an important (albeit secret) role in many monasteries in the East.   (Wikipedia.org)

I am happy that I am a free Yogi.

So I grow more and more into my inner happiness.

I can have sex with many women,

because I help them to go the path of enlightenment.

Outwardly I’m a fool

and inwardly I live with a clear spiritual system.

Outwardly, I enjoy wine, women and song.

And inwardly I work for the benefit of all beings.

Outwardly, I live for my pleasure

and inwardly I do everything in the right moment.
