How to De-hypnotize Yourself from False Beliefs

“…the power of hypnosis is the power of belief. Let me repeat here Dr.

Barber’s explanation of the power of hypnosis: “We found that hypnotic subjects are able to do surprising things only when convinced that the hypnotist’s words are true statements When the hypnotist has guided the subject to the point where he is convinced that the hypnotist’s words are true statements, the subject then behaves differently because he thinks and believes differently.”

The important thing for you to remember is that it does not matter in the least how you got the idea or where it came from. You may never have met a professional hypnotist. You may have never been formally hypnotized. But if you have accepted an idea-from yourself, your teachers, your parents, friends, advertisements, or any other source – and further, if you are firmly convinced that idea is true, it has the same power over you as the hypnotist’s words have over the hypnotized subject.”

Remember that this hypnotic programming gains permanence by coming from an authoritative source, through repetition, and through intensity. Deprogramming and reprogramming requires you to provide these very same factors.

Is Everyone Hypnotized?

It is no exaggeration to say that all human beings are hypnotized to some extent, either by ideas they have uncritically accepted from others, or by ideas they have repeated to themselves or convinced themselves are true. These negative ideas have exactly the same effect on our behavior as the negative ideas implanted into the mind of a hypnotized subject by a professional hypnotist.

psycho-cyberneticsHave you ever seen a demonstration of honest-to-goodness hypnosis? If not, let me describe just a few of the more simple phenomena that result from the hypnotist’s suggestion. The hypnotist tells a strong football player that his hand is stuck to the table and that he cannot lift it. It is not a question of the football player “not trying.” He simply cannot. He strains and struggles until the muscles of his arm and shoulder stand out like cords. But his hand remains fully rooted to the table. He tells a championship weight lifter that he cannot lift a pencil from the desk. And although normally he can hoist a 400-pound weight overhead, he now actually cannot lift the pencil.

Strangely enough, in these instances, hypnosis does not weaken the athletes. They are potentially as strong as ever. But, without realizing it consciously, they are working ‘against themselves. On the one hand they try to lift their hand or the pencil by voluntary effort, and actually contract the proper ‘ lifting muscles. But on the other hand, the idea “you cannot do it” causes contrary muscles to contract quite apart from their will. The negative idea causes them to defeat themselves; they cannot express or bring into play their actual available strength.

The gripping strength of another athlete has been tested on a dynamometer and has been found to be 100 pounds. All his effort and straining cannot budge the needle beyond the 100-pound mark. Now he is hypnotized and told, “You are very, very strong. Stronger than you have ever been in your life. Much, much stronger. You are surprised at how strong you are.” Again the gripping strength of his hand is tested. This time he easily pulls the needle to the 125 -pound mark.

Again, strangely enough, hypnosis has not added anything to his actual strength. What the hypnotic suggestion did was to overcome a negative idea that had previously prevented him from expressing his full strength. In other words, the athlete in his normal waking state had imposed a limitation on his strength by the negative belief that he could only grip 100 pounds. The hypnotist merely removed this mental block, and allowed him to express his true strength. The hypnosis literally “dehypnotized” him temporarily from his own self-limiting beliefs about himself.

We have allowed ourselves to be hypnotized by the entirely erroneous idea that “I should be like so and-so” or “I should be like everybody else.” The fallacy of the second idea can be readily seen through, if analyzed, for in truth there are no fixed standards common to everybody else. “Everybody else” is composed of individuals, no two of whom are alike.

Inferiority and superiority are reverse sides of the same coin. The cure lies in realizing that the coin itself is spurious.

The truth about you is this:

You are not “inferior.”

You are not “superior.”

You are simply “you.”

“You” as a personality are not in competition with any other personality simply because there is not another person on the face of the earth like you or in your particular class. You are an individual. You are unique. You are not “like” any other person and can never become “like” any other person. You are not supposed to be like any other person and no other person is supposed to be like you.

UNTOUCHABLE

“…the “Old Empire” has been using Earth as a “prison planet” for a very long time — exactly how long is unknown — perhaps millions of years.  So, when the body of the IS-BE dies they depart from the body. They are detected by the “force screen”, they are captured and “ordered” by hypnotic command to “return to the light”. The idea of “heaven” and the “afterlife” are part of the hypnotic suggestion — a part of the treachery that makes the whole mechanism work.ALIEN INTERVIEW, edited by Lawrence R. SpencerSupport independent publishing: Buy this book on Lulu.

After the IS-BE has been shocked and hypnotized to erase the memory of the life just lived, the IS-BE is immediately “commanded”, hypnotically, to “report” back to Earth, as though they were on a secret mission, to inhabit a new body. Each IS-BE is told that they have a special purpose for being on Earth. But, of course there is no purpose for being in a prison — at least not for the prisoner.

Any undesirable IS-BEs who are sentenced to Earth were classified as “untouchable” by the “Old Empire”. This included anyone that the “Old Empire” judged to be criminals who are too vicious to be reformed or subdued, as well as other criminals such as sexual perverts, or beings unwilling to do any productive work.

An “untouchable” classification of IS-BEs also includes a wide variety of “political prisoners”.   This includes IS-BEs who are considered to be noncompliant “freethinkers” or “revolutionaries” who make trouble for the governments of the various planets of the “Old Empire”. Of course, anyone with a previous military record against the “Old Empire” is also shipped off to Earth.  A list of “untouchables” include artists, painters, singers, musicians, writers, actors, and performers of every kind. For this reason Earth has more artists per capita than any other planet in the “Old Empire”.

“Untouchables” also include intellectuals, inventors and geniuses in almost every field. Since everything the “Old Empire” considers valuable has long since been invented or created over the last few trillion years, they have no further use for such beings. This includes skilled managers also, which are not needed in a society of obedient, robotic citizens.ALIEN INTERVIEW AUDIOBOOKAnyone who is not willing or able to submit to mindless economic, political and religious servitude as a tax-paying worker in the class system of the “Old Empire” are “untouchable” and sentenced to receive memory wipe-out and permanent imprisonment on Earth.

The net result is that an IS-BE is unable to escape because they can’t remember who they are, where they came from, where they are. They have been hypnotized to think they are someone, something, sometime, and somewhere other than where they really are.”

UFO CONTROL SYSTEM

Republished by Blog Post Promoter

Is the UFO Phenomenon an elaborate “control system”, designed to control and manipulate  human perception, social systems, behavior and the resources of Earth?

invisible collegeIn The Invisible College (E.P. Dutton, 1975) Vallee posits the idea of a “control system.” UFOs and related phenomena are “the means through which man’s concepts are being rearranged.” Their ultimate source may be unknowable, at least at this stage of human development; what we do know, according to Vallee, is that they are presenting us with continually recurring “absurd” messages and appearances which defy rational analysis but which nonetheless address human beings on the level of myth and imagination.

“When I speak of a control system for planet earth,” he says, ” I do not want my words to be misunderstood: I do not mean that some higher order of beings has locked us inside the constraints of a space-bound jail, closely monitored by psychic entities we might call angels or demons. I do not propose to redefine God. What I do mean is that mythology rules at a level of our social reality over which normal political and intellectual action has no power….”

The following are excerpts from an interview with Dr. Jacques Vallee, famed UFO investigator, author, computer scientist and humanitarian, with Jerome Clark, published in FATE Magazine, 1978. The title of the interview is Jacques Vallee Discusses UFO Control System“.

 http://www.ufoevidence.org/documents/doc608.htm

Vallee: “If the UFO phenomenon had no physical cause at all, there would be no way for us to perceive it because human beings are physical entities. So it has to make an impression on our senses somehow. For that to take place, it has to be physical at some time.

Clark: So in other words there is such a thing as a solid, three-dimensional flying saucer.

Vallee: No, I didn’t say that. That may or may not be true. I don’t think there is such a thing as the flying saucer phenomenon. I think it has three components and we have to deal with them in different ways.messengers of deception

First, there is a physical object. That may be a flying saucer or it may be a projection or it may be something entirely different. All we know about it is that it represents a tremendous quantity of electromagnetic energy in a small volume. I say that based upon the evidence gathered from traces, from electromagnetic and radar detection and from perturbations of the electromagnetic fields such as Dr. Claude Poher, the French space scientist, has recorded.

Second, there’s the phenomenon the witnesses perceive. What they tell us is that they’ve seen a flying saucer. Now they may have seen that or they may have seen an image of a flying saucer or they may have hallucinated it under the influence of microwave radiation, or any of a number of things may have happened. The fact is that the witnesses were exposed to an event and as a result they experienced a highly complex alteration of perception which caused them to describe the object or objects that figure in their testimony.

Beyond there – the physical phenomenon and the perception phenomenon – we have the third component, the social phenomenon. That’s what happens when the reports are submitted to society and enter the cultural arena. That’s the part which I find most interesting.

The occurrences of similar “absurd” messages in UFO cases brought me to the idea that maybe we’re dealing with a sort of control system that is subtly manipulating human consciousness.

Clark: But how do you prove that one is operating in a UFO context?

Vallee: I’ve always been unhappy with the argument between those who believe UFOs are nonsense and those who believe they are extraterrestrial visitors. I don’t think I belong in either camp. I’ve tried to place myself between those two extremes because there’s no proof that either proposition is correct. I’ve come up with the control system concept because it is an idea which can be tested. In that sense it’s much closer to a scientific hypothesis than the others. It may turn out that there is a control system which is operated by extraterrestrials. But that’s only one possibility.

There are different kinds of control systems – open ones and closed ones – and there are tests you can apply to them to find out what kind of control system you’re inside. That leads to a number of experiments you can do with the UFO phenomenon, whereas the other interpretations don’t lead you to anything. If you’re convinced that UFOs are extraterrestrial, then about the only thing you can do is to climb to a hilltop with a flashlight and send a message in Morse code. People have tried that, I know, but it doesn’t seem to work very will!

The control system concept can be tested by a small group of people – you don’t need a large organization or a lot of equipment – and you can start thinking about active intervention in the phenomenon.

Clark: How could I prove to my satisfaction that there is a control system in operations?

Vallee: If you think you’re inside a control system, the first thing you have to look for is what is being controlled and try to change it to see what happens.”

THE “NEW AGE” OF (the law of) “ANIMAL MAGNETISM”

Republished by Blog Post Promoter

Atkinson-Thought-VibrationYou’ve heard about the “law of attraction” and “the secret”?  Maybe what you DON’T know is that these recent books and films are modern day rip-offs and watered-down spin offs from earlier books written about these subject of “animal magnetism” and the “science of being”.

The most prolific writer and proponent of so-called “NEW AGE” literature in the United States was WILLIAM WALKER ATKINSON (December 5, 1862 – November 22, 1932), including the book “LAW OF ATTRACTION” published in 1906.  He wrote more than 100 books on the subject of the “NEW THOUGHT” movement.  Where did Atkinson get his ideas?  Who influenced him?  Here are article from Wikipedia that trace the origins and influences of the “NEW AGE MOVEMENT”.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/William_Walker_Atkinson

Atkinson learned about “animal magnetism” from Phineas Quimby: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phineas_Quimby

Phineas Quimby learned about it from Armand Marie Jacques de Chastenet, Marquis of Puységur. He was a contemporary of Benjamin Franklin, who also was appointed to a committee in France to study the subject of “animal magnetism“. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armand-Marie-Jacques_de_Chastenet,_Marquis_of_Puys%C3%A9gur

Armand learned about it from the study of “animal magnatism” or “mesmerism” or “hypnosis” from a German scientist named Franz Mesmerhttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Franz_Mesmer (who was a friend of Wolgang Mozart)

Frans Mesmer  (May 23, 1734 – March 5, 1815) was a German physician with an interest in astronomy, who theorised that there was a natural energetic transference that occurred between all animated and inanimate objects that he called animal magnetism, sometimes later referred to as mesmerism. The theory attracted a wide following between about 1780 and 1850, and continued to have some influence until the end of the century.[2] In 1843 the Scottish physician James Braid proposed the term hypnosis for a technique derived from animal magnetism; today this is the usual meaning of mesmerismThe “science” of “animal magnetism” described in this article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Animal_magnetism

In 1766 he published a doctoral dissertation with the Latin title De planetarum influxu in corpus humanum (On the Influence of the Planets on the Human Body), which discussed the influence of the Moon and the planets on the human body and on disease.

The “New Age” was also heavily influenced by the mystic and occult teachings by a member of the European Royalty.

EUGENE FERSEN New AgeBaron Eugene Fersen, ‘The Teacher of The Teachers,’ launched in his time the greatest ‘Human Potential Movement’ that would later become the inspiration for what he called, the ‘New Age.’

Baron Eugene Fersen was born November 18th, 1873 in Saint Petersburg, Russia.  He began teaching by the early 1890’s and went to the great beyond on April 24th, 1956.  He was the eldest son of a Grand Duchess of Russia/Poland. His mother knew before his birth that he was to be a guiding light for the people of this World; she called him Svetozar, meaning The Lightbearer.

The Baron’s mother saw to it that her son had the proper teachers and education that would assist and support the Absolute Eternal Aspects of his Soul so as to fulfill his divine destiny.  Eugene’s uncle was Count Leo Tolstoy, the writer famously known for his renowned literary works War and Peace and Anna Karenina. Tolstoy was one of Mohandas Gandhi’s greatest influences and friend.

Baron Fersen came to the United States for his second lecture tour in 1904 to share his already popularized teachings and lessons known as the Science Of Being.  From the late 1800s, Eugene’s teachings taught or influenced many of the great thinkers, writers, inventors and leaders of the 19th and 20th centuries.  Here are a few of the highly influential people he taught:

Charles Francis Haanel (May 22, 1866 – November 27, 1949) (The Master Key System)

Elizabeth Towne  (Author of The Life Power and How to Use it is shown in the opening sequence of the 2006 movie The Secret. The film presents many of the ideas that she promoted, along with those of Wallace Wattles and William Walker Atkinson.)

Wallace D. Wattles (1860–1911) (The Science Of Getting Rich and The Science Of Being Well)

Edgar Cayce (March 18, 1877 – January 3, 1945) was an American mysticwho possessed the ability to answer questions on subjects as varied as healing, reincarnation, wars, Atlantis and future events while in a trance. Cayce founded a nonprofit organization, the Association for Research and Enlightenment.

Annie Besant (Translator of the Bhagavad Gita, Theosophist, and Leader of Woman’s Rights)

Huna Max Freedom Long (great teacher of the Huna ways and teacher to the founders of the Course In Miracles, a book by Helen Schucman with portions transcribed and edited by William Thetford containing a self-study curriculum about spiritual transformation.)science of being book

Charles Sherlock Fillmore (August 22, 1854 – July 5, 1948) founded Unity, a church within the New Thought movement, with his wife, Myrtle Page Fillmore, in 1889. He became known as an American mystic for his contributions to spiritualist interpretations of Biblicalscripture.

Samuel Langhorne Clemens (November 30, 1835 – April 21, 1910),better known by his pen name Mark Twain, was an American author and humorist. He wrote The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (1876) and its sequel, Adventures of Huckleberry Finn (1885),the latter often called “the Great American Novel.”

William Walker Atkinson (December 5, 1862 – November 22, 1932) wrote more than 100 groundbreaking “self-help” books in the last 30 years of his life.  Hewas one of the three Initiates of the *Kybalion: Hermetic Philosophy is a 1908 book claiming to be the essence of the teachings of Hermes Trismegistus, published under the pseudonym of “The Three Initiates”.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kybalion

Nikola Tesla  (10 July 1856 – 7 January 1943) was a Serbian-American inventor, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, and futurist best known for his contributions to the design of the modern alternating current (AC) electricity supply system, and MANY other of the most important inventions of the 19th and 20th Century. Most important is his invention of a source of Free Electrical Energy, which has been brutally suppressed by the oil industry and banking interests for 100 years.

Manly P. Hall  (March 18, 1901 – August 29, 1990) Canadian-born author and mystic. He is best known for his 1928 work The Secret Teachings of All Ages.

Rudolph Steiner  (25/27 February 1861– 30 March 1925) was an Austrian philosopher, social reformer, architect, and esotericist.  Steiner published philosophical works including The Philosophy of Freedom. At the beginning of the twentieth century, he founded a spiritual movement, Anthroposophy, other influences include Goethean science and Rosicrucianism.   see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rudolf_Steiner
